T3's Recycling Process

Arrival and sorting of raw materials

The plastics are received at the plant and classified according to our quality department by means of different tests.

Crushing Process

The plastic parts are then crushed by means of a high-capacity granulator. Sieves can be applied according to the customer's requirements for an optimum particle size to suit their needs.

Washing process

With our washing line, we subject the material to the necessary washing to remove substances that may prove to be
contaminants. Thanks to this process, we can ensure a controlled removal of organic impurities (glues or soil), as well as polyolefins or papers.

Separation of materials

We have a complete line of cutting-edge sorting that consists of
a series of technologies designed for optimal results in all our products. We remove any impurity that may still remain.
(ferrous and non-ferrous metals, dust, other polymers, etc.)

Extruded/Granulated

We have extrusion lines with large EFSA production capacities, the highest technology for the best performance.

Final evaluation and packaging

After a final check by our quality department, the material will be packaged according to our customer's requests.
